Did you know that there are the simple machines that help people build and work more easier. These are three simillar simple machines, the wheel and axles, pully, and screw.
I read 27 pages of Dawn and the imposible three.
The storey is about a girl called Dawn. She is a new memeber of the baby sitter club and she just moved in into the form sunny california. But when she takes care of the little kids the house is alaways missy and the kids are alaways out of control. And she trys to fit in with the other baby sitter club members especially Kristy.
I like this book because its really cool and its a great graphic novel.
I completed a basic facts boxs up to 20 subtraition. Basics fact box is when you complete addition or subtraition up to 5, 10, 20, and 100 in a short amount of time.
I got 94 out of 100 and the amout of time was 4 minutes and 33 seconds.
Next time I would want to improve on my score and time.
My group and I learnt about time difference.
Here is a example. 9:00 and 1:00 there is a 4 hour 0 minute gap. So the total will be 4 hour and 0 minute differences.
I liked this activity but it was a little difficult but once I pratice it more I got use to it.
Today in groups we did problem sloving.
First we looked at the sheet and wrote down the answers. We looked at the answer 1 by 1.
Then we mark the answers. The results were 5/6 we got all of them coorect excepted for 1.
I enjoyed this activity but I think I need a little more pratice.

This week LS1 learned some new questions.
We learnt new questions. Kau marama? (Do you understand?) , Kua mutu? (Finished?). I practiced until I said it properly.
LI:To learn new questions in maori.
I learned that predicting is when you guess something that hasn't happen.
I made predictions about the information in the book Winter Sport.
Predicting was a little hard for me but then I got used to it.
