The first thing we did was balancing on the beam. The aim of the game is to have two people from each group to walk on the beam and try to not lose their balance.
The second activity we did was to try to balance on a ball. We had to go in a groups of 3. My partners were Daeyna, and Miley. I stood on the ball and Daeyna and Miley held my arm and when I was more balanced they both let go of me and I stood still for a couple of second but then I lose my balance.
This was a little hard for me I need to improve on balancing on a ball.
